Magazine mailing error |
 |
A note from Scott Mitchell, Secretary:
There appears to be a problem with the file used to generate the October mailing labels at the distribution plant. From the member feedback I have been getting it looks like the August file data was used for the October mailing labels. Anyone who joined/rejoined the club or who made an address change between 24 July and 23 September may not have gotten a magazine with the October mailing. There are 76 members affected by this problem and I will stuff and resend replacement magazines to all 76 members affected no later than 20 Oct.
Additionally, more than 600 renewal forms have been processed over that same period and the updated data from those renewals is NOT reflected on the October mailing label. Please consult the myStats section of the eRoster to confirm address changes or renewal updates. The last updated date of the eRoster shows the date through which I have processed all forms. That is updated 2-3 times a week. The next update will occur the evening of 16 Oct.
Please contact me at secretary@alpca.org if there are any further questions. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Scott Mitchell
Secretary
